The title for this workshop and its specific menu is not yet solidified, but what is certain is that the three of us are planning a wild and wonderful weekend of creativity, discovery and un-binding of the constraints of Self. Ariane Price is the lead teacher for the Groundlings, an improvisational sketch and comedy school in LA; Ammi Midstokke is a beloved columnist for the Spokesman-Review, gifted writing guide, and author;  Sarah Conover, author, teacher and Dharma bum, conceived of this idea to see what kind of magic and transformation might just sweep each and every one of us up!
